Methodology
The lighting industry is pervasively impaired with deficiencies that negatively impact the value received by the end-user. Overages, cost overruns, failure to meet specification and agreed delivery dates, lack of support and alternates packages are acknowledged industry attributes. This results in deviations from budget, time and specified design criterion.
